Yes, we highly recommend ordering our large-format samples to see how the flooring looks in your home's unique lighting before making a final decision.
How long does shipping take for flooring orders?
Standard transit times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Can your flooring be installed over radiant heating systems?
Most of our products are compatible with hydronic radiant heat systems. Please refer to the specific installation guide for your product line to ensure proper setup.
What is your return policy for unused flooring?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable cartons within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Is the flooring 100% waterproof?
Our Modin LVP and Silvan Resilient Hardwood collections are designed with waterproof cores, making them ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
Do I need to purchase a separate underlayment?
Many of our flooring options come with a high-quality pre-attached underlayment, so no additional padding is required for installation.
