At Flooret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new floors. If your project needs change, we offer a straightforward return process for unopened flooring cartons and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a freight pickup or provide instructions for drop-off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
